A: Combine shipping for multiple orders is acceptable. Please email us within 8 hours after you place your first order. Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.
A: We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

Although we focus on wholesale marketing, we also have lot of retuning customers who buy for personal use. We set no limit on order amount for them. You can place order if you are only interested in one of the products. For sure, we will ship that for you and you will enjoy all the customer service as what wholesalers get.
